Celebrate with us Thanksgiving through this FREE virtual 50-minute dance therapy workshop, where will be expressing our gratefulness while opening to receive all the blessings that the universe has in store for us through movement.

  • No dance experience necessary.

  • Ages 12 and up

  • Clase en Espanol, 6:00 pm - 6:50 pm  (Eastern Time)

In The Holiday's Spirit

December 1st & 2nd, 2021

Welcome the Holiday's Spirit through this FREE virtual "hands on" workshop, in which will be creating Holiday decorations, while reflecting on family traditions and their impact on our perception of life.

  • No experience necessary

  • 18 and up

  • Class in English: Wednesday, December 1st, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (Eastern Time)
